We contacted Arc Flooring to help us with the red oak floors in our newly purchased home, they were dark and in rougher shape (scratches , separation etc). Jay responded quickly, came to give us a quote and set up the job. The team did an amazing job, we came home to absolutely no dust, and beautifully smooth and renewed floors. They were able to lighten them up for us, which has truly changed the look of our home and brought new life to the red oak. We are so happy we went with ARC instead of considering replacement, it kept perfectly good hardwood out of the landfill and gave us the look we were going for! I’ve attached before and after photos to show the transformation.

We called ARC Flooring to change the old laminate in our investment property. They responded and came to give us a quote that same evening. Jay came with samples in hand and sent us a quote promptly. We needed the job done asap and his team made the time to come in two days after the quote! They even brought in painters to paint the unit the day after the floors were done.
